So, who am I? I am an American living in London ever-expanding my knowledge and skills. I am a creative and big idea person who loves to help others realize their own potential. I believe in the power of positivity and I want to change the world for the better and know that starts with small change. My life has been dedicated to helping others find their way through difficult times and I am proud to take everything that I have experienced and learned over the years and develop a sales training like no other.

About the Program

Born in Savannah, Georgia, I have always stayed true to my Southern roots. The values of hospitality and empathy were instilled upon me at an early age and have remained with me throughout my life. As I entered the workforce I was faced with the realization that the values that I always held true in my heart were not those of which others felt compelled to honor. This became ever-so present in the sales process and I saw a huge opportunity to change how we as salespeople communicate with our prospects, and so over the past 20 years I have developed and empathy based sales training program that spans across many different industries. Affectionally calling it, S.W.E.A.T or Selling With Empathy And Tenacity, I teach teams and individuals how to truly connect with their prospects and guide them to quicker and more well informed decisions while empowering the sales team with the techniques and tools to bring all of their knowledge together.

What is Empathetic Selling?

Empathetic Selling is much more than simply commiserating or identifying with someone, it is learning how to develop a deeper and more meaningful relationship to understand the true motivations behind the wants and needs of a prospect and guiding them to best-informed decisions.

Let’s face it, buying is more tied to our emotional state rather than being a logical output of our wants and needs. Shouldn’t the way we sell be tied into that?

This program taps into the emotional side of sales and marketing and is perfect for any salesperson that has a product or service to sell. These techniques work across any B2C or B2B sales environments.
